About the Role
- The primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Establishes project plans, maintains weekly progress, and pulse of the project.
- Manages and coordinates all job site operations, labor, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
- Maintains positive relationships with owners, design consultants, and PMs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
- Enforce Safety Program and manage Quality Control Program.
- Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
- Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of project costs.
- Resolve day-to-day field issues and prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4 years of prior experience working with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in software and technology is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing teams is a plus.
