Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full development lifecycle of real estate projects, including site acquisition, due diligence, financing, planning, design, construction, and delivery.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements, and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, or delays that could impact project success.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the quality of work meets company standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 years of experience in real estate development or project management in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex development projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including feasibility studies, site analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think strategically while managing multiple priorities.
