Description
The Director of Field Operations will be responsible for:
- Project Oversight - Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution.
- Field Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and manage superintendents, foremen, and field staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Safety Compliance - Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and drive a safety-first culture.
- Quality Control - Ensure all work adheres to project specifications and industry standards, proactively addressing quality concerns.
- Resource Management - Oversee labor, materials, and equipment allocation to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Operational Improvement - Analyze data, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices to drive efficiency.
Profile
