Description

Director of Safety - National General Contractor - South of Boston - Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and federal regulations.
• Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs, including Toolbox Talks, for employees and subcontractors.
• Travel once a month to national job sites
• Report to the VP of Operations

Profile

Director of Safety - National General Contractor - South of Boston - Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager
• MEP, HVAC, Cleanroom, Lifescience or manufacturing project experience
• Strong experience with Procore and Playocity
• Ability to create systems and organized process's
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Offer

Director of Safety - National General Contractor - South of Boston - Will Receive:

• An opportunity to join a National firm who is recently expanding internationally
• Base salary ranging from $150k - $200k
• Annual bonus
• 3 weeks PTO
