Description The Electrical Hardware Engineer will be responsible for : Design, prototype, and test battery manufacturing components and devices. Optimize and refine manufacturing processes, working closely with process and operations teams. Analyze process performance to drive design improvements based on first-principles engineering. Develop electromechanical designs, translating lab-scale and prototype observations into scalable solutions. Collaborate on design, fabrication, implementation, and evaluation of prototype systems. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation of design iterations, testing, and process improvements.
