The Engineering Manager will report directly into the Business Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Oversee product development from concept to production, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to optimize product designs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Engage with key customers worldwide to address technical inquires and provide product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements.

Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline (Masters is a plus)
- 10 years of related experience preferably in motion control product development.
- Strong background in electromechanical systems, signal processing, and sensor technology.
- Proficiency in CAD software, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
