Description
- Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes based on customer specifications.
- Serve as point of contact for customer support, and to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Oversee daily operations and manage the engineering team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Plan and manage project budgets and resources.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in the industrial / manufacturing industry.

Profile
A successful Engineering Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes - milling, turning, grinding, honing, deburring.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of gear manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills.
