Description
We are seeking skilled professionals (Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Specialists, Developers, and Engineers) with extensive experience across the full trade lifecycle to join our team on a contractual basis. This role focuses on hands-on technical system implementations and/or the development of proprietary trading systems specifically for equity swaps, prime brokerage, equity execution, and related derivatives.
This position is integral to a large-scale implementation project, blending business and technical expertise, with an emphasis on front-office operations for equity swaps trading. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of upstream and downstream system integration and the intricacies of equity swaps trade execution.
Profile
- Proven experience in equity swaps trading and front-office trade execution.
- Hands-on technical expertise in systems implementation or development for proprietary trading platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full trade lifecycle and its integration into trading ecosystems.
- Strong background in prime brokerage and/or derivatives, with a focus on equity swaps.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to clearly document contributions to trading system projects, detailing scope and implementation.
- Experience in prime brokerage functions involving equity swaps.
- Familiarity with other derivatives is a plus, but secondary to equity swaps expertise.
