Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for hotel interior renovation projects.
- Unitize all parts of hotel interiors and input unit pricing effectively.
- Generate full take-offs and ensure accuracy in pricing and scope.
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze project specifications and requirements.
- Travel to project sites for walkthroughs to gather insights for accurate estimates (approximately 20% travel).
Profile
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Estimator in hospitality interior renovations.
- Expertise in commercial interiors-hotel interiors experience is a must (no ground-up projects).
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools and software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team collaboration.
