Description
- Develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects
- Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and costs
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of estimating experience in commercial or multifamily construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
