Description
πΉ Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for heavy civil projects
πΉ Analyze project specifications, drawings, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accurate pricing
πΉ Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to refine estimates and improve cost efficiencies
πΉ Develop relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners to stay updated on pricing and market trends
πΉ Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed
Profile

Estimating experience in heavy civil (highways, utilities, earthwork, site development, etc.)
β
Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek, etc.)
β
Ability to break down complex projects and provide accurate cost analysis
β
Strong understanding of construction methods, labor, and material costs
β
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
