Construction Estimator
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up luxury high-rise and condominium projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure all aspects of the project are covered.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and incorporate findings into the estimating process.
- Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities and alternative construction methods.
- Monitor and update project budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Prepare and present estimates to clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear justifications and supporting data.
