Job Description
- Serve as the functional lead for the FP&A tool implementation, collaborating closely with implementation consultants on system design, testing, and deployment.
- Provide insights into end-user needs and business processes to inform the design phase.
- Take ownership of the system's functionality and usability, acting as the business process owner for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Review system designs, identify potential gaps or issues, and work with the technical team to recommend necessary customizations.
- Perform comprehensive system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Train end-users on the system's capabilities, facilitating smooth adoption and effective usage.
- Work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the team, offering updates, and addressing issues efficiently.
- Support vendor selection and integration efforts, with a focus on tools like OneStream or Hyperion.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, MBA preferred
- 2 years of FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Experience designing and implementing an FP&A tool is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and driven
- Flexibility to work from home, with travel to the office a few days a week
- 15% bonus potential, which has paid in full the last five years
