Description
- Oversee and manage global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple countries.
- Administer and manage global employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to streamline payroll and benefits processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations related to payroll and benefits.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants on audits, reporting, and process enhancements.
- Act as a key resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
Profile
- 5-7 years of experience managing global payroll and benefits in professional services, financial services, or a similar industry.
- Must have global experience.
- Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and benefit structures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working with third-party payroll and benefits vendors.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
