Description

Optimize Journey

• Oversee the development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and seamless navigation
• Work with our developer to update our website and launch new digital products to grow our business, ensure optimum performance, and increase our conversion rate

Retain and Convert

• Manage and optimize our email and SMS campaign strategies to help convert new customers and retain existing customers

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize sales performance, and inform strategic decisions

Customer Service and Operations

• Lead our customer service team to ensure best practices, fast response times, and empathetic customer service.
• Work with our operations team to align forecasts and promotional events
• Manage the performance of the eCommerce team to deliver on sales targets.
• Oversee the development and management of digital marketing campaigns
