Our client, a leading organization in the Aerospace Power sector, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth across multiple market segments. This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires strong leadership, business acumen, and customer relationship management skills.
Description
- Lead sales activities across multiple business units, including strategic business development, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement market strategies to expand existing product sales and introduce new, profitable business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, overseeing contract negotiations and direct sales efforts.
- Identify and develop new application opportunities in collaboration with customer technical and procurement teams.
- Oversee a team of business unit leaders, providing strategic direction on program development, sales forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Play a key role in pricing strategies, proposal development, and business case preparation for new growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activities, industry trends, and customer needs to ensure market leadership.
- Drive aftermarket strategy optimization, leveraging both OEM and distribution channels for sustainable growth.
- Represent the company in key customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Lead and manage the company's representative and distribution network.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 15 years of direct industry experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- 7 years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
- Proven track record in developing sales channels, driving revenue, and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.

Salary : $220,000 - $300,000
