Description

Payroll Management

  • Accurate Payroll Processing
    • Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll for all employees weekly, with no errors or delays.
    • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations, ensuring no penalties or audits.
  • Data Integrity
    • Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records, ensuring 100% accuracy in employee information and pay calculations.
    • Audit payroll processes quarterly to identify and address discrepancies.
  • Employee Support
    • Resolve all payroll-related inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
    • Educate employees on payroll policies and processes to reduce common issues.

Human Resources Functions

  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
    • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and assisting in onboarding new hires.
    • Ensure 90% of new hires complete onboarding within the first 30 days.
  • Policy and Compliance
    • Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations, achieving zero violations during audits.
    • Update and communicate HR policies annually and as needed.
  • Employee Relations
    • Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring 95% employee satisfaction in HR interactions.
    • Foster a culture of trust and inclusion through proactive HR initiatives.
  • HR Data Management
    • Ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date in the HRIS system, achieving 100% compliance in record audits.
    • Generate reports on HR and payroll metrics as needed for leadership.

Profile

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of payroll management and HR experience
    • Experience in handling multi-state payroll and managing complex payroll issues.
    • Comprehensive talent acquisition, employee relations, and data management experience
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Bilingual - English and Spanish (required)
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and payroll software (ADP, Workday).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Job Offer

  • Base salary ranging from $60,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience
