Job Description
On a day-to-day basis, you will be serving employees through technology.
- Provide level 1 and 2 support for end-users and IT, including trading applications.
- Collaborate with local and head office development teams.
- Develop tools to improve end-user service levels and support task efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, results-oriented, and motivated technology specialist who is adept with solving technology problems at a high customer service level and familiar with MS Office Products / MS Suite.
