Lead Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Up to $60M - Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily and commercial construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality-driven project delivery.
Lead a team of field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate all aspects of the construction process, from initial mobilization through project completion, focusing on efficiency and safety.
Utilize Procore for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Ensure all projects are compliant with safety standards, local codes, and regulations.
Work closely with project managers and other key stakeholders to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage resources, including labor and materials, to optimize project productivity.
Profile
Lead Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Up to $60M - Will have
Experience: 8-12 years in construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role on multifamily or commercial projects up to $60M.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Procore; familiarity with other software like P6, BIM/VDC is a plus.
Project Background: Experience managing multifamily projects or smaller commercial/retail projects in the Worcester to Boston area.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, managing multiple projects at once, and resolving challenges effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute anywhere from Worcester to Boston.
