Job Description
- Manage litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
- Oversee document production, including collection, processing, and organization.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials, handling logistics and materials.
- Conduct substantive research, draft summaries, and assist in legal filings.
- Maintain case files and document management systems.
- Utilize eDiscovery tools and collaborate with litigation support teams.
- Mentor and train junior case managers.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
- Trial experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hybrid role based in Washington, D.C.
- Standard hours : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
- Salary range : $95,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
