Job Description
- Logistics Operations Management
- Ensure efficient movement of goods from production facilities to distribution centers and customers.
- Develop and manage KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.
- Inventory and Demand Planning
- Collaborate with demand planners to ensure logistics capabilities align with demand forecasts.
- Cost and Process Optimization
- Implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety
- Maintain a safe work environment for warehouse and transportation teams.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Use data analytics to drive decisions and improve logistics strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality compliance regulations is a plus.

Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation of goods.
Work closely with production, procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business goals.
Monitor inventory levels, implement inventory management best practices, and ensure timely restocking of products.
Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs without compromising quality and delivery timelines.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including on-time delivery, cost savings, and inventory metrics.
