The Manufacturing/ NPI Engineer will be a key player in the development of essential medical device products through design development into manufacturing through the entire product life cycle phase.

A nationally recognized medical device design and manufacturing organization. In 2024 they have continued to acquire several new organizations nationally with each location focusing in the development of one specific medical device category. A stable and rapidly expanding healthcare manufacturer with a proven track record in great customer service and new innovation.

Description

The Manufacturing/ NPI Engineer will be responsible for:

• Designs assembly and test fixtures with little supervision and improves device assembly efficiency.
• Helps with validation and qualification studies for medical devices.
• Identifies and optimizes production processes with minimal guidance.
• Creates clear Manufacturing Process Instructions and provides training on assembly processes.

Profile

The successful Manufacturing/ NPI Engineer will have what follows:

• 2 years of experience in R&D or Manufacturing in the medical device space
• Catheter experience would be a preferred
• BS in Engineering discipline
• Background in design for manufacturing development is a big plus
