Key responsibilities include overseeing 2nd shift production staff, implementing safety and quality control measures, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing employee performance and attendance, and enforcing compliance with local and federal safety regulations.
About the Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree (but not required), strong leadership skills, experience in Lean Manufacturing, and 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production-related position. They will also have proficiency in production planning and scheduling, in-depth knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
