Description
As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead one direct report in manufacturing engineering.
- Focus directly in process improvement, design implementation, and project management.
- Interaction with customers and managing relationships with vendors.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure targets are met.

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Team Lead should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Engineering & Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of welding and machining.
- Experience working with automated machinery.
- SolidWorks and CAD Software proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
