Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager, Marketing Technology to lead the ongoing development and optimization of our client's marketing technology stack. This role focuses on advancing digital strategies, enhancing user experiences, and implementing solutions to deliver highly personalized content at scale. Description Digital Strategy : Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with brand and organizational goals. MarTech Leadership : Identify and implement digital marketing technologies to enhance audience segmentation, content automation, and journey mapping. Vendor Management : Manage third-party marketing technology vendors, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Lead digital initiatives with Marketing, IT, and Legal teams, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulations. UX / UI Optimization : Drive enhancements for all owned websites, focusing on consumer engagement, conversion, and compliance (including ADA). Global E-commerce Support : Partner with international distributors to ensure global e-commerce sites align with brand standards while driving regional success. Data-Driven Decision-Making : Use analytics and insights to optimize user journeys and enhance lifetime customer value. Domain Management : Oversee domain strategy, registration, and maintenance for all brands. Project Leadership : Lead cross-functional digital projects with clear communication, collaboration, and timely execution. Profile Key Competencies : Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus and other digital tools. Advanced expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and technology. Proven ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and solution-oriented approach. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees / certifications are a plus). 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation. Strong understanding of digital platforms, data governance, and security practices. Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Availability during EST business hours with occasional flexibility for international collaboration.
