Description
In this role you will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Designing electromechanical/mechanical products and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks to meet customer and company specifications
- Developing and assembling and test fixtures required for manufacturing
- Collaborating with other departments to create test and assembly procedures and reports to ensure requirements are met
- Sourcing vendors for component purchases and creating bills of materials in coordination with purchasing and manufacturing teams
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with sales, customers, and vendors, while managing multiple engineering tasks efficiently
Profile
The successful candidate will have
- 2 years of high precision component design
- Solidworks Experience
- GD&T understanding
- Solidworks and.or GD&T certifications are a plus
