Description The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for : Project Planning and Scheduling : Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality standards. Financial Management : Oversee project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasting. Maintain cost control while optimizing resource allocation to maximize project profitability. Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Address concerns, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships to ensure project success. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and ensure projects remain on track. Quality Assurance : Implement quality control processes to guarantee that all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
