Description
MEP Superintendent - Public Projects up to $100M - Boston, MA - Responsibilities
- Oversee all MEP-related work on assigned projects.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules and budgets related to MEP systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to field staff and subcontractors.
- Track project progress and resolve any on-site issues that arise.
- Regularly update the General Superintendent on project status.

- Strong tenure in previous roles; candidates with a history of stability in their careers are preferred.
- Experience with public projects such as 149A, municipal, or academic work.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software.
- Ability to work across various project sites in Massachusetts (must be based in or willing to relocate to the area).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams on large-scale projects.
Job Offer
MEP Superintendent - Public Projects up to $100M - Boston, MA - Will receive
Compensation: $110,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience)
