Description

• Lead the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring all financial operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to inform company strategy and decision-making.
• Manage trade spend and monitor its impact on company profitability.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to align financial strategy with wider company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide regular financial reports to company executives and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for financial improvement, cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Profile

A successful 'Finance Director' should have:

Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
