Description
- Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
- Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
- Address on-site challenges and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.
Profile
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in construction project coordination or management
- Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
