Description
- Onboarding new accounts for Private Investors, ensuring accuracy and timely release for trading.
- Reviewing and validating client information, management details, restriction data, and billing information for new accounts.
- Performing ongoing maintenance of existing accounts to reflect client or account-level changes.
- Reviewing and approving client contracts for portfolio management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to compliance standards.
- Utilizing tools such as Aladdin and Fiserv APL to process and maintain account data.
- Conducting detailed research and analysis to validate account setups and resolve discrepancies.
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring all account-related processes are aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Providing support for special projects and working overtime as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of financial markets and business operations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Job Offer
The successful candidate will earn a competitive hourly pay rate for the duration of a six-month contract (March-September 2025) in Princeton, NJ.
