Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will:

  • Support the management of large-scale healthcare and life sciences projects from planning through completion.
  • Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Oversee construction documentation, RFI processes, and change orders to maintain project accuracy.
  • Conduct site visits and progress reports to track project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers to develop and implement best practices and project strategies.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and maintaining quality standards.

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager will have:

  • 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, and change order processes.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work both in-office (Boston) and on-site as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • A desire to grow within a top-tier real estate development and project management firm.
