Description
- OSHPD/HCAI Project Manager will lead and manage OSHPD/HCAI-regulated construction projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with California HCAI/OSHPD regulations, safety standards, and healthcare facility requirements.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Oversee inspections, approvals, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Proactively manage project risks and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain high-quality standards.
- Report project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Profile
✔ 5 years of experience in healthcare construction project management with knowledge of building and construction
✔ Strong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI regulations and hospital construction processes.
✔ Experience working with healthcare facilities, state agencies, and inspectors.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction software.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
