Description
- Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, and PERM applications.
- Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and policies to support case preparation.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting evidence.
- Monitor case progress and maintain accurate case files and databases.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for client meetings and court appearances.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
