Description
- As the Plant Controller you will oversee the corporate accounting and the plant's financial operations.
- Oversee and manage the corporate accounting team.
- Deliver month end close in a timely manner; including analysis
- Implement cost accounting practices and analyze manufacturing costs.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems using MS Dynamics
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data
- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

- Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent core accounting experience at a r Manager or Controller level
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A results-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- This role is on site and based in Los Angeles (mid city)
