Job Description
- Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure optimal productivity
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in processes
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency
- Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained across the plant
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals
- Manage budgetary and production KPI's
- Oversee the plant's quality control procedures
- A strong background in precision machining and LEAN manufacturing
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- A strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- A strong commitment to safety and quality control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience working in an ISO9001 or AS9100 certified environment
- Six Sigma / LEAN certifications
- Experience with ERP systems
- A competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000, depending on experience
