Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to achieve financial goals and drive profitability.
- Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement processes to enhance plant performance and operational results.
- Develop, mentor, and lead teams to foster a high-performance culture and identify future leaders.
- Resolve operational, quality, and maintenance challenges to prevent delays and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and champion a safety-first culture across the facility.
- Drive productivity, capacity utilization, and efficiency improvements, including the management of outside processing.
Profile
- Strong Plant Management and P&L experiences
- Strong experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to drive results through influence and collaboration.
- Experience in managing large teams, developing leaders, and creating a high-performance culture.
- Ability to manage complexity and change, with a demonstrated track record of operational success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Offer
- Base salary $110,000 - $130,000 depending on level of experience
