I am seeking a talented Process Engineer to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing procedures. Description In this role, the Process Engineer will be responsible for the following : Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. Develop innovative solutions to improve process efficiencies. Coordinate with specialists in the engineering & manufacturing department to address issues and implement solutions. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Monitor performance of equipment, machines and tools and order necessary maintenance actions. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. Stay updated on the latest process and advancements to automate and modernize systems. Profile A successful Process Engineer should have : A degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven work experience in process engineering. Excellent technical skills. Knowledge of process related standards. Experience in process simulations. Comfortable working autonomously. Working knowledge of process engineering software packages. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills. 5 years of experience. Extrusion experience is a MUST Injection Molding and compression experience a plus. Job Offer Competitive salary range from $75,000 to $100,000. Comprehensive benefits package including 401K.
