My client is a leading global personal care and beauty company with a large portfolio of iconic brand in the hair, skin and nail industry!
Job Description
- Lead product development intiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute priority hair care projects.
- Ensure that products meet consumer needs and are delivered on time.
- Come up with strategic innovation opportunies while understanding key unmet consumer desires.
- Uphold strong customer / channel understandings.
- Support overall growth of the brand for North America.
- Co-develop regional initiatives with the marketing team and manufacturing operations to ensure the products are in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related science field. MASTER DEGREE PREFERRED!
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Experience executing an entire product development process from inception to commercialization.
- Some technical experience in a lab is a plus.
- Experience managing a team is a plus (interns included).
