Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities will include the following :
- Supervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity
- Implement and monitor quality control measures
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards
- Develop and implement improvements to production processes
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management
- 5 years' experience overseeing production teams of 40
- A candidate who is bilingual in English / Spanish is required
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment
- Background in assembly environments strongly preferred
- A salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, depending on level of experience
- Quarterly bonuses, paid out based on personal metrics & company performance
- 2 Weeks Vacation Time, 1 Week PTO 2 Personal Days
