Description

Project Executive - General Contractor - Plymouth County MA Responsibilities:

• Oversee Project Managers
• Managing high-level aspects of projects and ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals
• Collaborate with senior management to define project priorities and contribute to long-term company goals.
• Address complex project challenges, resolving issues related to design, budget, or scheduling.
• Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication across teams.
• Implement and refine project management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Profile

Project Executive - General Contractor - Plymouth County MA - Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Executive or a Seasoned Project Manager ready for the next step in their career
• Expertise in either water/wastewater projects, ground-up new public construction and/or large parks/athletic fields
• Strong interpersonal skills

Job Offer

Project Executive - General Contractor - Plymouth County MA will Receive:

• Compensation within the $165k - $200k range (base salary)
• 75% healthcare premium & 100% deductible
• 401k plan includes a 33% match of employee contributions up to 6% and an additional 3% of base salary contributed yearly by the company
