Description

The Project Manager - Base Building / Commercial Interiors - DC Metro will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee commercial and interior construction projects, including base building, renovations, and ground-up projects.
• Lead project teams, including Assistant Project Managers, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership on project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project workflows and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Profile

The Project Manager - Base Building / Commercial Interiors - DC Metro will have the following qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience with base building and commercial interior projects (required).
• Healthcare project experience is a plus.
• Experience with data centers and/or higher education projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing Assistant Project Managers.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office/Project.
• Familiarity with budgeting in Procore is a plus.

Job Offer

The Project Manager - Base Building / Commercial Interiors - DC Metro will receive the following:

• Salary: $115k - $125k per year.
• Car Allowance: $400 - $450 per month.
• Medical: 80% of premiums covered by the company.
• Dental: 2 plans (one fully covered for the employee, or option for another plan for dependents).
• Vision: Voluntary.
• Disability: Short and long-term disability coverage.
• Life and Government Disability.
• Vacation: 11 days, plus holidays (excluding Columbus Day).
• Sick Days: 5 days per year.
