Description
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed project plans, set timelines, and coordinate resources to execute projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts. Maintain cost control and optimize resource allocation to enhance project profitability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Address concerns, provide updates, and build strong relationships to ensure project success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. Proactively tackle issues to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Keep team members motivated and aligned with project objectives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager in construction, managing projects greater than $10 million
- Ground Up/New Construction Experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project demands
