Description
- Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide regular project updates.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
