Description
The Project Manager - Commercial/K-12 Construction - Washington, DC will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
- Enforcing safety regulations and quality control standards
- Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, permitting, and compliance requirements
- Driving project progress and proactively resolving challenges that arise on-site
- Fostering a collaborative work environment while leading project teams effectively
Profile
