Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, meeting notes, and reports.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
