Project Manager - High End Residential - Cape Cod, MA - Responsibilities
- Lead project teams from initial planning to completion
- Oversee project financials and controls to ensure profitability
- Use scheduling software, specifically BuilderTrend, to track and manage timelines and project details
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, providing them with regular project updates via BuilderTrend
- Travel to project sites around Cape Cod as needed
- Manage paperwork and documentation in an organized and efficient manner
