Description
- Lead and manage all phases of clubhouse construction, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
Profile
- 10 years of project management experience in ground-up commercial construction (clubhouse, hospitality, or similar high-end projects preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project components.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software is a plus.
