Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Commuting to the office in Orleans, MA & to project locations across the Cape (from Sandwich down to P-Town)
- Both in office desk time, paperwork, etc. and travel to jobsites as needed
- Establishing the project control plan
- Scheduling & ensuring those are adhered and deadlines are met
- Overall project financials
- Maintaining accurate and timely indicated project & cost reporting
- Assuming additional responsibilities or special projects as needed
- Client facing
Profile
The Project Manager will have:
- 3 years of Construction experience as APM/PM
- High End Custom Residential Home project background (new construction and/or renovations)
- Also open to Commercial backgrounds
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
- Working understanding of Buildertrend (or similar scheduling software)
- Knows & understands project financials, project controls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients / peers
- Overall tech savy-ness
- MUST be based on Cape Cod currently
Job Offer
