Description
The Project Manager - Multifamily Renovation - Baltimore will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the renovation project from start to finish, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Profile
